The Office Manager will assist with planning, organizing and managing of the various activities done within and outside the Foundation, including human resources, the Workshop and Fellows programs, accounting, and research activities.  Includes assistance to office operations and logistics, as 1Z0-982 dumps well as website, maps, and online data.  Flexibility and eagerness to learn new media and emerging systems for open-source data management.  Knowledge of construction and/or architecture practice helpful.  Igbo speaker a plus.

  • Implement administrative systems, such as record management for all company documents
  • Ensure the maintenance of a working environment that yields productivity and furnishes essential office supplies.
  • Manage and document all procurement (in conjunction with the Project Managers) within the context and bounds of project budgets and schedules
  • Supervision of supplies by all vendors, including coordination of material inventory with Site Supervisor
  • Manage the maintenance and repair of all office equipments and vehicles, maintain service schedule for all assets
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics with regards to vehicle and security accessory
  • Ensure appropriate vehicle servicing,  particulars and proper insurance cover for all company vehicles
  • Coordinate all support staff (drivers inclusive) to ensure efficiency of service
  • Organize the office layout and maintain a clean, safe, secure and conducive physical office environment
  • Note-taking and meeting minute distribution for company meetings
  • Ensure positive company image through all communication
  • Manage text-message or email information network for staff, and community
  • Educate employees in computer literacy or software when appropriate
  • Assist with website administration and updates

Education and Experience

  • A business degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years administrative experience
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
  • Computer fluency including knowledge of office software packages, including Microsoft Office
